The monthly price covers more than access to a website. It pays for ongoing care, help with changes, and—on Complete System—the customer-handling tools connected to the site.
First, we build and launch the website.
Both plans begin with a one-time $500 activation fee. It covers the work needed to create the managed site: discovery and planning, design, content and page layout, configuration, testing, and publication.
We shape the pages around your real services, service boundaries, and inquiry process. Before publication, you review the direction and confirm the claims and contact details. We test the public pages and the handoff included with your plan.

The activation fee starts the service; it does not transfer the website source code. Your domain, business content, and customer data remain yours. The ownership options are explained below.
Presence keeps the website working and current.
Presence is $147/month or $1,617/year, plus the one-time $500 activation fee. It is for a business that wants a distinctive managed website while its own team handles customer replies, scheduling, and follow-up.
Operate
Hosting and routine care
Managed hosting, SSL, DNS coordination, deployments, monitoring, routine backups, and reasonable incident response stay part of the service.
Maintain
Repairs do not use change time
Routine maintenance and repairs to defects in existing Down South Systems work are included separately from your monthly website-change allowance.
Improve
Two hours of changes each month
Use the included time for updates such as services, hours, photos, wording, or other agreed changes. Unused time does not roll over.
The website contact form texts each inquiry to the owner's phone. Presence includes that owner notification, but it does not reply to the customer, create a CRM record, provide booking, or send missed-call texts. Read how the managed website service works ↗.
Complete System connects what happens after the click.
Complete System is $297/month or $3,267/year, plus the one-time $500 activation fee. It includes the Presence website and care, then adds the shared customer-handling system behind it.
New website inquiries receive an automatic reply
The customer receives an approved acknowledgement, and your team can continue the conversation from the connected inbox.
Booking and the calendar connect to the inquiry path
Where online booking fits the work, customers can see real availability and request the appropriate type of appointment.
Eligible missed calls can receive a text
A missed inbound call can trigger an approved message and give the caller a way to describe the job. Your team still owns the response. Read the contractor missed-call guide.
Review requests follow completed work
The system can send an approved request using the same public review link for every customer, without screening or review gating.
The CRM keeps a shared customer record
Contact details and conversations are kept together so the next step does not live only in one person's phone or memory.

The figures below cover twelve subscription months plus the standard $500 activation fee. They do not include Complete System communication usage, additional work you approve, or separately quoted AI & Growth Systems services.

Annual subscriptions are paid in full immediately before launch. Your Service Order records your plan and exact figures. Rates can change with notice, so use the current pricing page when you are ready to choose.
The guarantee and ownership stay clear.
First 30 days after launch
Website-plan payments are protected
If you are dissatisfied and notify us during the 30-calendar-day satisfaction period, we return the activation and website Subscription amounts you paid us. Communication usage and separate projects are excluded.
Monthly option
No minimum term
Monthly plans run month to month. Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice and takes effect under the timing explained in the Terms.
Your business assets
Your domain, content, and data stay yours
The website code is licensed during the subscription. You can purchase a transferable source package under the buyout schedule recorded in the Terms and your Service Order.
The source-package price starts at 100% of the Standalone Website Value in months 1–12, then steps down to 60%, 40%, and 20% in each following twelve-month period. Beginning in month 49, the transfer fee is $250. The source package does not include the connected customer system or internal automation unless expressly agreed. Choose Presence when your team can respond to every inquiry, schedule the work, and maintain customer records without a connected system. Choose Complete System when those handoffs need to happen in one place alongside the website.
AI reception, reactivation campaigns, advanced automation, custom integrations, ongoing SEO, and advertising are separate AI & Growth Systems work with a custom quote and signed agreement. They are not hidden inside either website plan.
