Included with both plans
Routine operations do not reduce the monthly time included for website changes. We keep the website working so that time can go toward the changes your business actually needs.
Clear from day one
Your guarantee begins when the website goes live. If you are not satisfied during the next 30 days, tell us and we will refund everything you paid us, including the activation fee.
Monthly plans run month to month. Either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice, effective at the end of the current paid billing period.
Pay the activation fee at account creation, then $1,617/year for Presence or $3,267/year for Complete System. The annual Subscription is billed in full immediately before launch and renews annually at the then-current annual price. Each 12-month term includes one month at no additional charge.
Additional website changes are $50 per hour or an agreed fixed fee. They are scoped and approved in writing before work begins. Included time does not roll over.
On Complete System, phone numbers, text messages, calls, carrier fees, and similar communication usage are billed separately from the monthly subscription. The Presence lead-notification text is sent from our number and is included, so there is nothing extra to provision or pay for.
You own your brand, content, domain, and customer data. The website is licensed during the subscription, with a source-package buyout available.
No contract to sign. Paying your activation fee is how you accept our Terms of Service. We email you a confirming copy with your plan specifics right after.
Quoted per business and run on a separate signed agreement. Fees are in addition to your plan, and the 30-day guarantee does not apply to them.
