What we build.
01
Identity & Website
A custom site built around how your work actually gets done — and wired so every inquiry it earns reaches you.
02
Missed-Call Recovery
Complete System can send an automatic text after eligible missed inbound calls and route replies to your team. Communication usage costs extra.
03
Follow-Through
Inquiry replies and CRM in Complete System, with quote follow-up sequences and integrations confirmed in the written scope.
04
Reputation
Review requests sent after completed work, with the same public link for every customer. No screening and no review gating.
05
Reactivation
Separately quoted campaigns: we review existing records, identify an eligible audience, and prepare messages you approve.
06
Local Visibility
Separately scoped SEO work on business profiles, service pages, and technical issues, with reporting and no ranking guarantees.
07
Business Phone
A connected business line with agreed routing and a shared call record. Number availability and porting are checked; phone and usage fees are separate.
Who this is for.
Based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, we work with service businesses across the United States — roofing, painting, remodeling, exteriors, and the trades around them. The common thread is not size. It is that the work is already good and the digital presence has fallen behind it.
That usually looks like one of three situations. The site was built years ago by someone no longer reachable, and nobody can change a phone number without paying for the privilege. Or the site looks acceptable but produces nothing, because it was never wired to capture anything. Or the business has outgrown how it presents itself: the crew is bigger, the jobs are better, and the website still reads like a one-truck operation.
We are a poor fit for businesses looking for the cheapest possible site, or for anyone who wants a template filled in by Friday. That work exists and it is inexpensive for a reason. We are also a poor fit if nobody at the business can spare an hour to talk about how it actually runs — that conversation is the whole method, and without it we would just be guessing prettily.
What changes.
The point of all of this is not a nicer website. It is a shorter distance between someone deciding they need help and you being the one they call.
Inquiries stop evaporating
The gap between a message arriving and someone seeing it is where most local businesses quietly lose work. Closing that gap is usually worth more than any amount of additional traffic.
The phone stops being a single point of failure
An eligible missed call can trigger a text, giving the caller another way to describe the job while your team is working. Delivery, replies, and bookings are not guaranteed.
Reviews accumulate without nagging
Most owners know reviews matter and still do not ask, because asking is awkward and remembering is harder. The system asks, at the moment satisfaction is highest.
Reconnect with eligible past customers
A separately quoted reactivation campaign starts with a review of your customer records and messaging permissions. Audience, channel, cost, and approvals are agreed before launch.
Start with a clear scope.
Presence fits a business that needs a managed website and already has a way to handle inquiries. Complete System adds a shared customer record and the listed response, booking, and review tools. Your team still owns the conversations and the work.
AI & Growth Systems work has its own deliverables, fees, and signed agreement. We confirm the tools and responsibilities before building, so a service described here is never assumed to be included in every plan.
