How long does a website take to build?
Most builds go live in under a week from the first conversation. The one thing that can stretch it is waiting on photography and service details from you, so the sooner those reach us the better.
Do I own my website?
You own your domain and all of your customer data outright, and you can export both at any time without asking us. The site itself is licensed to you for as long as you subscribe, and a transferable source package can be purchased if you ever want to take the code elsewhere.
Can you rebuild my existing site instead of starting over?
We rebuild rather than restyle. Your content, photography, reviews and service history carry across, but the structure and design are built new. Patching a dated template usually costs more than replacing it and leaves the original problems in place.
What do you need from me to get started?
A conversation about how the business works, whatever photography exists, your service list and service area, and access to your domain. If photography is thin, we will tell you honestly rather than fill the site with stock images.
Will the site work on phones?
Most local service traffic is mobile, often from someone standing in their driveway looking at a problem. Every page is built mobile-first and tested on real devices, not just resized in a browser.
What happens after launch?
Hosting, SSL, monitoring, security updates and defect repair are included for as long as you are with us. Each plan also carries a monthly allowance of engineering hours for changes and additions.
