Services / 01 — Identity & Website

The front door
to the business.

A website built around the way your work actually gets done — not a template with your logo dropped into it — and wired so that every inquiry it earns actually reaches you.

Replace, then wire it up. The dated template goes, and the new site routes every enquiry the moment it lands.Loops

Most contractor websites fail at the same three points.

They were built once, years ago, by someone who never asked how the business runs. They describe services in the same words as every competitor in the parish. And when someone finally does fill in the form, the message lands in an inbox nobody checks until Sunday night.

01

Built on your process

We start by learning how jobs actually come in, who answers the phone, what customers ask before they commit, and what makes people choose you over the company down the road. The structure of the site follows that — not a stock layout.

02

Written to be chosen

Every page answers the questions a real customer asks before hiring: what it costs, how long it takes, what happens if something goes wrong, and why you. Clear beats clever when someone has water coming through a ceiling.

03

Wired to capture

Forms route to the right place instantly. Calls are tracked. Nothing arrives in a mailbox nobody watches. The site does not just represent the business — it feeds it.

04

Fast on a phone

Most of your traffic is someone standing in a driveway looking at a problem. Pages are built to paint immediately on a mid-range phone on rural signal, which is also what search engines measure.

What you get.

Every build includes the whole front door, not a starting point you are expected to finish yourself.

  • A custom design, not a theme

Art direction, typography and layout chosen for your business specifically. If another company in your trade could swap their logo in and it would still work, we have not done our job.

  • Every page you actually need

Home, individual service pages, service area, about, and contact — structured so each page has one job and search engines can tell what it is. Individual service pages are what let you show up for individual services.

  • Copywriting

We write it. You review it. You should not have to become a copywriter to get a website, and the pages written by owners at midnight are the ones that read like everyone else's.

  • Technical groundwork

Structured data, sitemap, canonical tags, fast hosting, SSL, and a analytics setup that tells you where calls come from. The unglamorous layer that decides whether any of the rest gets found.

  • Hosting and care

Hosting, SSL, monitoring, security updates and defect repair, included for as long as you are with us. Plus a monthly allowance of engineering hours for changes as the business changes.

How it goes.

  • Listen & find the idea

One conversation about how the business actually works, who you want more of, and what you are tired of explaining. We look at what you have now and tell you honestly what is worth keeping.

  • Shape the language and look

Direction, structure and copy, shown to you before anything is built. You see where it is going while it is still cheap to change.

  • Build the complete experience

The full site, on real devices, with the capture layer connected. Usually live in under a week, provided your photography and service details are with us.

  • Keep making it better

Launch is the start. We watch what people actually do, fix what gets in their way, and add what the business grows into.

Questions we get.

How long does a website take to build?

Most builds go live in under a week from the first conversation. The one thing that can stretch it is waiting on photography and service details from you, so the sooner those reach us the better.

Do I own my website?

You own your domain and all of your customer data outright, and you can export both at any time without asking us. The site itself is licensed to you for as long as you subscribe, and a transferable source package can be purchased if you ever want to take the code elsewhere.

Can you rebuild my existing site instead of starting over?

We rebuild rather than restyle. Your content, photography, reviews and service history carry across, but the structure and design are built new. Patching a dated template usually costs more than replacing it and leaves the original problems in place.

What do you need from me to get started?

A conversation about how the business works, whatever photography exists, your service list and service area, and access to your domain. If photography is thin, we will tell you honestly rather than fill the site with stock images.

Will the site work on phones?

Most local service traffic is mobile, often from someone standing in their driveway looking at a problem. Every page is built mobile-first and tested on real devices, not just resized in a browser.

What happens after launch?

Hosting, SSL, monitoring, security updates and defect repair are included for as long as you are with us. Each plan also carries a monthly allowance of engineering hours for changes and additions.

The rest of the system.

The website is the front door. These are what happen after someone walks through it.
