How long does a website take to build?
We agree on a launch schedule after reviewing your pages, content, integrations, and approvals. Timing depends on that scope and on receiving the materials and access needed to build and test the site.
Do I own my website?
Your brand, content, domain, and customer data remain yours. The site code is licensed during your subscription. A transferable source package is available through the buyout terms; customer-data exports follow the request process and time limits in our Terms of Service.
Can you rebuild my existing site instead of starting over?
We rebuild rather than restyle. Your content, photography, reviews and service history carry across, but the structure and design are built new. Patching a dated template usually costs more than replacing it and leaves the original problems in place.
What do you need from me to get started?
A conversation about how the business works, whatever photography exists, your service list and service area, and access to your domain. If photography is thin, we will tell you honestly rather than fill the site with stock images.
Will the site work on phones?
Most local service traffic is mobile, often from someone standing in their driveway looking at a problem. Every page is built mobile-first and tested on real devices, not just resized in a browser.
What happens after launch?
Hosting, SSL, monitoring, security updates and defect repair are included for as long as you are with us. Each plan also includes monthly time for website changes and additions.
