The work
Specific service pages
Describe the jobs you accept, what customers need to know, and what happens after they contact you. Use your own work and details to make the difference clear.
A clear website, a reliable inquiry path, and someone to keep it current. Based in Baton Rouge, working with service businesses across Louisiana and the United States.
Down South Systems is a Baton Rouge web design company for Louisiana service businesses. We design and manage websites across the state and work remotely with businesses across the United States. The starting point is the same: what you do, where you take work, and how a new customer reaches the right person.
For a contractor, that might mean separating repairs from installations and making the estimate process clear. For a recurring service business, it might mean explaining visit frequency and how to request a first appointment. Your site should answer the questions your team hears before a customer is ready to call.

The area
State the parishes or areas you actually serve, any travel limits, and which services are available where. A place name belongs on the site when it helps a customer decide.
The next step
Make calling and sending a request straightforward on a phone. Tell people what details to send and who will follow up.
$147/month or $1,617/year, plus a one-time $500 activation fee. Includes a custom-designed website, managed web hosting, SSL, monitoring, routine maintenance, defect repair, and two hours of website changes each month. The contact form texts the inquiry to your phone; that owner notification is included. Presence does not include the connected customer system or automatic customer replies.
$297/month or $3,267/year, plus a one-time $500 activation fee. Adds inquiry replies, online booking, missed-call text-back, review requests, and a CRM, with four hours of website changes each month. Phone numbers, messages, calls, carrier fees, and other communication usage are extra.
More involved automation, AI, and growth work is quoted for the business and covered by its own signed agreement. There is no fixed public price. Start with the work you need done, then decide whether that additional scope belongs in the project.
See the full plan comparison and what each managed website plan does after launch. Your Service Order records the agreed scope and figures.
Share your current website, service list, actual service area, business hours, and the person who handles inquiries. Gather your logo and photos of work you have permission to publish. Let us know who controls the domain.
We work through the site structure, content, and inquiry path together. You review the direction remotely and confirm the services, claims, and contact details before they go public.
Check the build on a phone, follow the call links, and send a test inquiry. If the project includes booking or missed-call recovery, review the routing, availability, and message wording too. Launch timing depends on the agreed scope, access, content, and approvals.
Use the plan’s monthly change time as services, hours, photos, and team details change. Tell us when capacity or service boundaries change so the website keeps setting the right expectations.
Your content, domain, and customer data remain yours. The website code is licensed during the subscription; it is not transferred by the activation fee. An optional source-package buyout is available under the Terms of Service, section 13. Ask about that distinction before comparing a managed plan with a one-time website build.
